System Requirements

The following table displays the basic system requirements for installing JReport Server. Check your system to make sure that all the requirements are met before installation.

Notes:

As a newly released JDK version, JDK 9 is currently not supported for the installation of JReport products. Contact Jinfonet Support at support@jinfonet.com for help if you use any version other than JDK 8.
JReport supports Java VMs from Oracle and IBM. Other vendor's Java VMs may cause unexpected errors. Jinfonet technical support welcomes any feedback on the use of any other Java VMs.
If you want to use JReport Server on the Linux on IBM Z system, you must download the JDK specially used for IBM from http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/software/java/.
We do not recommend running JReport in the Internet Explorer Compatibility View mode.
